Heath Moulton, New Home Sales Manager:

Heath, has been in real estate over 13 years and has helped hundreds of families achieve their housing dreams. Heath is involved in helping buyers sell their existing home, so that buying a new home is a reality. He also is involved with the various aspects of the new home being built. Those include: pricing of new home, selection of lots, closing walk-thru, processing change requests, and helping the buyers find the right loan program for their needs. Heath has been married since 2004 to his wife Sarah, and they have three kids Eden, Tate and Nina. 

Seth Moulton, Vice President:

Seth obtained his real estate license out of college, since then he has worked with numerous first time home-buyers as they make their first purchase. Seth started Classic Builders with his brother Josh in 2006. Together they have worked to build over 125 new homes in the last 4 years.  Seth is involved in every aspect of the business. He helps buyers find lots in various locations, walking buyers thru the plans and specifications, making selections on features going in the home, and working with sub-contractors as the home is getting constructed. Seth is very involved from the beginning to the end and is a valuable member of our team. Seth at this time engaged to his fiancée Amber.

Aaron Moulton – Sales Associate

Aaron has recently gotten into real estate after spending 8 years in the mortgage business. Aaron has extensive knowledge in the financing options that are available to home buyers today and can use this information to help his clients out. Aaron also has extensive knowledge about Classic Builders and the products they offer after living in a Classic home the last 2 years.
