Josh Moulton, President:

Josh Moulton has always had an interest in the building industry. Coming from a Real Estate family that specialized in selling new construction, Josh, at 14 years old, started doing clean-up and carpenter helper jobs during his summer’s and breaks through high school. 

Upon graduation, Josh, attended real estate pre-licensing and received his Real Estate License from the State of Iowa.  He attended DMACC, specializing in accounting while he continued working construction.  Josh then received his Real Estate Brokers license in 2004 and was instrumental in establishing Moulton & Associates, Realtors in Jan. of 2005. He has been the principal Broker of the Real Estate Company since 2008.

In 2006, Josh built his first Spec home. To date, Classic Builders Greystone Homes have built and sold 125 homes. 

In February 2010, Josh opened Custom Granite and established Custom Framing, specializing in new construction as well as remodels.

Josh is married to Amanda Johnston and they have a son, Owen, and dog, Maddie and live in the St. James Place development in Ankeny. He is a member of Grace Church, the Greater Des Moines Home Builders Association and the Ankeny Home Builders.

Seth Moulton, Vice President:

Seth Moulton has always had an interest in the building & real estate industry. Coming from a Real Estate family that specialized in selling new construction, Seth, at 14 years old, started doing construction clean-up and real estate “grunt” work during his summer’s and breaks through high school.

Upon graduation, Seth, pursued his College Education while playing 4 years of Intercollegiate Baseball. In 2004, after finishing his college career, he came home and attended real estate pre-licensing and received his Real Estate License from the State of Iowa. He achieved the Rookie of the Year Award for DMAAR in 2005. While continuing his Real Estate career, Seth, along with brother, Josh, built their first Spec home in 2006.  To date, Classic Builders/ Greystone Homes have built and sold 125 homes. 

In February 2010, Seth & Josh opened Custom Granite and established Custom Framing, specializing in new construction as well as remodels.

Seth is engaged to Amber Russell and they are planning a fall 2010 wedding. Seth resides in the Otter Ridge Development in Ankeny. He attends Grace Church, and is a member of the Greater Des Moines Home Builders Association and the Ankeny Home Builders Association.  Today, Seth continues to play competitive softball, for his enjoyment.
