Meet The Team Who Make It All Happen

My name is Josh Jensen 2010 will mark my 7th year in the home building industry. I started building homes by working as a carpenter working on framing, siding, trimming, and roofing new homes. I then transitioned to construction management working on multi-family projects closing more than 300 homes each year. In 2009 I came to work for Classic Builders a decision based on the quality and sustainability of the homes they build. My home building philosophy is to build each home as if it were my own.

My name is Todd Heminger and I moved to Iowa in May of 2009 to work for Classic builders. Prior to that I spent the previous 15 years working in various areas of construction in MI, including the electrical, siding and roofing industries.  My job as a superintendent for Classic builders includes final inspections of all homes sold, walk-throughs with new home buyers prior to their closings and solving warranty issues that may occur after occupancy.  My goal with each customer is to present them with a home that meets their standards and put their mind at ease by resolving any issues or concerns they may have as they work through the building process with us.
